Patsara Thai Restaurant Ltd. is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager at 528 Carnarvon Street, New Westminster,
BC V3L 1C4. (Even Though this full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 35
dollars per hour.
No of hours are 30 per week.
Job Description/Duties:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Recruit staff and oversee staff training
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Requirements:
Completion of secondary school. Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage
service management is usually required. At least 2 years of experience in the foodservice sector, including
supervisory experience, are required.
