Our restaurant is located in Metrotown and fully serves Korean-style Chinese cuisine. Now we are looking for a restaurant manager willing to become our valued team members!

 

Employer: Gamsa Enterprises Ltd. (o/a Pal Pal Noodle House)

 

Position: 1 Full-time Restaurant Manager

Working Location: 5021 Kingsway #109, Burnaby, BC. V5H 4A5

Wage: $35.00 ~ $37.00 per hour and 4% of the gross income for paid vacation per year.

Work Hours: 30~40 hours per week.

Start date of Employment: ASAP

 

 

Responsibilities

-Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

– Motivate employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet appropriate standards. 

-Organize special restaurant events.  

-Control and handle reservations.

-Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services.

-Monitor revenues and modify procedures.

-Address customers’ complaints or concerns.

-Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

-Participate in marketing plans and implementation.

-Negotiate with clients for use of facilities for a private event.

-Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.

-Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.

-Recruit staff and oversee staff training.

 

Requirements

– Education: Completion of a college.

– Experience: 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant is required.

– Certificate: The Serving It Right (SIR) certification is required.

– Excellent time management abilities  

– Familiarity with sanitation regulations.
