Skill Requirements:
– Education: No formal education required
– Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required
– Languages: Written and Oral English
 
Duties:
– Oversee daily reservation operations and coordinate tasks among reservation agents to ensure timely and accurate booking processes.
– Monitor team performance, provide ongoing support, and train new agents on reservation systems and customer service protocols.
– Handle guest inquiries and resolve booking-related issues professionally, escalating complex cases as needed.
– Ensure accuracy in reservation records, billing information, and guest profiles within the system.
– Collaborate with front office, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure reservation details align with guest requirements.
– Maintain reservation office supplies and ensure booking systems and related equipment are operating effectively.
– Assist with scheduling and shift coverage for the reservations team as needed.
