Position Info:

  • Position: Administrative Assistant
  • Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
  • Wage: $28.00~$31.00/hour (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
  • Number of Positions: 1
  • Work Location: 102 – 1200 Lougheed Hwy, Coquitlam, BC V3K 6S4

Job Duties:

  • Welcome clients and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, providing general customer service
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Establish and maintain computerized information filing systems
  • Develop and implement office procedures and routines
  • Train newly hired administrative staff
  • Regularly manage and respond to incoming mail and emails, coordinating the flow of information internally
  • Answer and relay inquiries and messages received via phone calls and emails
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Manage client and business contact information

 

Job requirements:

  • Language: English
  • Experience: 1 – 2 years of related experience is required
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required
