Reet Food Inc DBA Red Swan Pizza is looking for 2 full-time and permanent Food Service Supervisors at Location 1110 Harvey Ave suite 105 Kelowna, BC V1Y 6E7.(Even though this is full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 22/hr for 30-40hours/week.
Job Description
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food
Order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Employment Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required. At least one or two years experience in food preparation or service are required or completion of college program in food service administration, restaurant business or related business.
