We have an opening for a Restaurant Assistant Manager (NOC Code 60030) role for our restaurant Fat Bastard Burrito Co.(13071162 Canada Inc.) located at 150 First St Suite 31, Orangeville ON L9W 3T7 .If you have what it takes to succeed in this healthy environment, then this is a position for you.
Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Job Duties:
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
- Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, kitchen and cleaning supplies
- Evaluate daily operations
- Monitor staff performance
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Recruit staff
- Set staff work schedules
- Supervise staff
- Train staff
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
- Direct and control daily operation
- Supervision: 5 to 10 people
Employment conditions: Overtime, Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend
Salary: $36.10 per hour for 32 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent

Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register, MS Access, MS office, MS Outlook
